The church on Washington Street was home to the Latter-Day Saint community.

People that have been identified are Irma, Bertha Mae (Ladner) Homer, Hester Ladner, Lillian Ladner, Bud, Rose Nixon, George Albert Wainwright. In the next row are Eliza Wainwright, Laura Agnes Wainwright, Veda, and Ervin. In the back row are Robinson, Sylvan (Jack) Ladner, and Ellen Elizabeth Wainwright.
This was also called the "First Chapel in Edwardsville" in the Society of Sisters Waveland Ward booklet. It is unclear what is meant by "Edwardsville."
